Return & exchange policy

1. Incorrect Item Delivered
Do you believe the product delivered to you does not match your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Our system will verify whether an incorrect item was shipped. If confirmed, we will replace it with the correct item you requested.
2. Defective or Damaged Product
Please inspect the product before making payment. If the product is damaged during transportation, kindly refuse delivery and return the product to us, and notify our Customer Support Center at +84 911 674 779. We will arrange a replacement for you.
3. Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
- The product remains complete with all parts and components, with no signs of excessive use or damage.
- All accompanying documents are included (e.g., purchase invoice, catalogue, etc.), along with any accessories and promotional gifts (if applicable).
