A. Products Covered Under Warranty
All ProMETAL gypsum ceiling framing / partition wall framing products manufactured by HiepVinh Phu Joint Stock Company are covered by a 10-year warranty, subject to the Company’s warranty terms and conditions.

- Rust-free (no corrosion/rusting)
C. Warranty Conditions
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
- The gypsum ceiling framing / partition wall framing system must be installed strictly in accordance with the technical instructions provided in ProMETAL Leaflets and Catalogues.
- Ambient conditions must not exceed 40°C (104°F) and 90% relative humidity. The product must not be installed outdoors, must not be in direct contact with water, and must not be exposed to environments affected by corrosive chemicals.
- During transportation, impacts and friction must be avoided to prevent scratches or external force that may deform the product.
- The product must be stored and preserved in dry, clean areas, and protected from direct exposure to rain, humidity, dust, and chemicals.
- If the product is used in environments with corrosive chemicals, salt mist, etc., the warranty applies only to products that are specially manufactured and specified for use in such environments.
- The product must have a valid Warranty Certificate issued by ProMETAL
D. Warranty Procedure & Guidance
- Customers should register the warranty using ProMETAL’s product warranty form at the nearest place of purchase. The Warranty Certificate is used only when warranty service is required and must not be used for any other purpose.
- When any non-conformity is detected, please contact ProMETAL’s Technical Department immediately for guidance. The review of the cause and the notification of handling/corrective actions will be provided within 15 days from the date the warranty request is received.
- For products confirmed by ProMETAL’s Technical Department to be defective due to causes attributable to ProMETAL, customers will be provided free-of-charge with new replacement products of the same type and in quantities equivalent to the items confirmed as defective.
E. Warranty Exclusions (Exceptions)
Warranty service will not apply in the following cases:
- The Warranty Certificate is not intact, or its contents have been altered, erased, or tampered with.
- The Warranty Certificate has expired.
- The damaged products have been repaired or replaced before ProMETAL’s Technical Department confirms the defect.
- Damage caused by fire, natural disasters, impact, or scratches during transportation and handling/loading/unloading.
- Storage and use of the product do not comply with the supplier’s instructions and recommendations.
- Failure to follow fully and correctly the warranty regulations as guided by Hiep Vinh Phu Joint Stock Company.
